These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") qpoker ("We", "Platform") and the user ("You", "Member") and constitutes a legally binding agreement. By accessing or using the qpoker.biz website or app, you are deemed to have accepted all of these terms.

• For Sports Betting, qpoker's calculated odds are final.
• Betting limits vary by game and market. Bets outside the limits stated in the table will not be accepted.

Sports Betting special rules:

• If a pre-match bet is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
• If a match is abandoned, the bet will be considered void.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds at the time your bet is accepted will apply.

Qpoker is an entertainment platform. We firmly believe gaming should be fun — not addictive. For this reason, qpoker provides a number of responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum stake per bet in advance.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 7 days to 6 months.

• Copying, distributing, or republishing qpoker's content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

• Game content provided by game providers is subject to their respective licenses.

Qpoker shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Any disruption to a game or betting session caused by loss of internet connection.
• Transaction delays caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Account credentials lost to hacking or theft due to the member's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.
• If a specific service must be discontinued due to legal or regulatory changes.

Qpoker maintains the highest technical standards; however, 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. Services may occasionally be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
